About Us

Care that Feels Personal — Because it Is
At Procare, we believe that everyone deserves reliable, respectful, and truly personalised care at home. We set out to build a modern home care service that does things differently — one that’s simple, transparent, and above all, human.
We provide in-home support from a trusted, consistent helper — no rotating carers, no confusing contracts, no waiting weeks for a response. Just dependable care, delivered with compassion and clarity.
Our Story: Why We Started Procare
Procare was founded by a small team with deep roots in health and social care — and a very personal reason for doing so.
Several years ago, one of our founders struggled to find quality, reliable care for a loved one after hospital discharge. The process was confusing, delayed, and impersonal. Carers changed from day to day, paperwork piled up, and there was no real continuity or peace of mind. It left us asking: why does getting good care have to be so hard?
That experience became the spark for Procare. We knew families deserved better — a service that truly listens, responds quickly, and places people at the centre of everything.
So we built Procare around the kind of service we wished we had: fast, friendly, and built on trust.
Why Families Choose Procare
Every day, more families across the community turn to Procare for support that feels different. We’re not an agency that ticks boxes or rushes care visits. We take the time to get to know you and match you with a consistent, experienced helper who understands your needs.
We handle the details, so you don’t have to — no lengthy paperwork, no uncertainty. Just help when you need it most.
